I work with clients to address factors that may be impacting their health, such as stress, nutrition, exercise, and sleep. I also provide education on disease prevention, self-care strategies, and lifestyle modifications.

I use my 20+ years of critical clinical expertise, counseling skills, and knowledge of health promotion to empower my clients to take charge of their health and make positive changes in their lives.
